Recent research estimates that the total economic cost of lost output among working-age people due to ill health is around £150bn per annum, equivalent to 7% of GDP. What’s more, this cost has increased by 60% since 2016. It’s probably never been more important to look and how and where health and overall wellness can be improved.

One hour is the most popular length, (45-minute and 30-minute workshops also available). All workshops can be in person or online as needed.

Workshop content
The Corporate Wellness Workshop explores the key elements of the three core pillars of vitality: exercise, nutrition, and sleep, and demonstrates how to optimize each for improved health and performance. Attendees will gain insights into the latest science behind these pillars and understand the vital connections between them, such as how exercise influences sleep quality, or how proper nutrition fuels both physical performance and mental clarity.
We dive into practical strategies for incorporating healthy habits into everyday life, offering tailored recommendations based on the attendees’ needs and goals. The workshop provides actionable tips, such as quick, effective exercises that can be done at the desk, simple meal planning strategies for busy schedules, and sleep hygiene practices to ensure restorative rest.
In addition to these core pillars, I can incorporate topics like stress management, explaining its impact on overall wellness and offering simple techniques to reduce workplace stress. We also touch on ergonomics and posture, addressing how proper workstation setup can reduce fatigue and prevent injury, leading to improved focus and productivity. I then provide the top ten hacks on how to improve your vitality and wellness and how to incorporate them into daily routines.
This workshop is highly adaptable to your company’s wellness objectives, allowing flexibility in how much time we dedicate to each area. It’s ideal as a standalone workshop or as a “top-up” session within an organization’s broader wellness program.
The session concludes with a ten-minute Q&A, allowing participants to ask personalized questions and deepen their understanding of the material.
The one-hour online workshop costs £300 and the one-hour onsite workshop is available for £350 within the M25. The online 45-minute and 30-minute workshops are costed on a pro-rata basis. Onsite workshops outside M25 are costed according to travel time and expenses from my clinic in North London. Discounts are available when booking more than one workshop and reduced prices are available for charities.
