The clocks going back can upset your kids’ body clock, meaning they won’t stay in bed (even if you want to)!
One way to combat this is to try to do this adjustment over two days to three days,
Day 1: On Friday night (tonight) go to bed ½ hour later
Day 2: On Saturday morning wake up ½ hour later, eat all meals ½ hour later, and then go to bed 1 hour later Saturday night
Day 3: On Sunday wake up 1 hour later
You will be now in sync for the whole of Sunday, your kids will wake up when you want to and you are refreshed for work on Monday.
