Corporate Sleep Courses.

I offer a variety of corporate sleep courses from early morning or lunchtime sleep workshops, half-day corporate sleep courses and also 4-week corporate sleep programmes. Here, I can track sleep individual sleep improvements and include bespoke sleep solutions for employees.

One to one sessions can be added within any workshop or course if needed.

All workshops and courses can be provided online too.

Corporate Sleep Workshop

Summary of workshop. These are short interactive sessions, with the content tailored to your individual or employee needs.

Who for. Companies who are looking to empower their employees to get a better night’s sleep.

Attendees. Anyone who would like to improve their health and wellbeing.

Workshop Content. The science of sleep – why we sleep, the mental and physical benefits of sleep, typical blocks to a good nights’ sleep, top sleep solutions with practical advice, Q&A.

Workshop length – one hour.

Corporate Sleep Workshop Plus

Summary of workshop. These are slightly longer interactive sessions. Here the content is still tailor-made to your individual needs with an added evaluation of your staff’s sleep quality and quantity.

Who for – Companies who want an insight into the wellbeing of their staff’s sleep and provide practical solutions to improve it.

Attendees – need to complete a sleep survey before the session.  The survey assesses levels of tiredness, focus at work, what is preventing staff from getting a good nights’ sleep, use of tech before sleep and more.

Workshop Content –  I start this workshop by giving feedback on the results of the survey to the staff. This information provides real insights for attendees on the impact of their sleep on their daily energy, mood and potential performance. This then sets up the workshop. The content of the workshop covers the science of sleep – why we sleep, the mental and physical benefits of sleep, typical blocks to a good nights’ sleep, top sleep solutions with practical advice. The Q&A tends to be more focused as staff will have the results of their survey to compare to recommendations.

Workshop length – 90 minutes.

Additional ongoing sleep tracking – These sleep statistics can also be reviewed to assess the impact of the workshop and to address any barriers to improving sleep. Typically we would do a follow-up survey at 3 months, with any individual questions and concerns answered in the meantime.

Half-Day Corporate Sleep Course

Summary of course. These longer interactive programmes include a practical session. There is also the option to include workbooks within the course depending on the time allowed. The course content remains tailor-made to your individual needs and following the course, you will have a report on the state of your employees sleep issues. Within this, I will provide recommendations as to what needs changing.

Who for – Companies committed to changing the wellbeing of their staff’s sleep and wanting feedback on solutions to improve it.

Attendees – need to complete a sleep survey before the session.  The survey assesses levels of tiredness, focus at work, what is preventing staff from getting a good nights’ sleep, use of tech before sleep and more.

Course Content –  I start this workshop by giving feedback on the results of the survey to the staff. This workshop allows time for an interactive practical session. During this practical session, we will go through some proven techniques to improve sleep including basic meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques.  If time allows I also provide a workbook for staff to complete before the practical session to lock in their new knowledge and think of how they will apply it to their own sleep situation. The final Q&A tends to be a lot more detailed in these workshops too.

Course length – 3 hours including 30 minutes comfort break.

Ongoing tracking –  These sleep statistics can also be tracked over time to assess the workshops’ impact and address any barriers to improving sleep. Typically we would do a follow-up survey at 1 and 3 months, with any individual questions and concerns answered in the meantime

Four-week Corporate Sleep Programme

Summary of programme. My four-week programme builds on the 1/2 day sleep course involves a more deep-dive solution where all course attendees are given weekly support. The programme is tailor-made to individual needs and starts with a more detailed evaluation of staffs sleep. Attendees are also asked to download sleep tracking apps such as Sleep Cycle or Sleep Score before the programme begins. Weekly calls are scheduled with staff on the programme and sleep tracking evaluated with suggestions made on an individual basis.

Who for – Companies committed to changing the wellbeing of their staff’s sleep and wanting individual support to lock in improvements.

Attendees – will be asked to download a sleep app as well as completing a sleep survey before the programme begins.  The survey assesses levels of tiredness, focus at work, what is preventing staff from getting a good nights’ sleep, use of tech before sleep and includes more detail on lifestyle and blocks to sleep.

Course Content –  I start this workshop by giving individual feedback on the tracking results and survey to the staff before the 3-hour course. I then provide data for the group as a whole so staff can gain an appreciation of how well they are sleeping versus their colleagues and recommended norms.  The content of the workshop is also tweaked to be very specific to any trends which are coming up for the group.  This course has a longer interactive practical session, but I would recommend dropping the workbook as feedback is given before the course. During this practical session, we will go through some proven techniques to improve sleep including basic meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques. Final Q+A is supplemented by individual one to one consultations as needed

Course length – 3 hours including 30 minutes comfort break. Weekly calls last as long as needed but typically vary from 15 minutes to 1/2 hour.

Ongoing tracking –  Weekly tracking is undertaken using the apps ( or sleep diaries if preferred). I also add a three month and 6 months follow up to the programme as needed.
