Brand Ambassador Work.

I have provided expert comments, brand ambassador, and content for a variety of clients with my work with four of the brands featured below. I am particularly well regarded for expert commentary on live radio, and the ability to summarise new research in bite-size, sound-bite communication both on air and in print. I am available for interviews, bylined articles, and offering easily digestible and engaging content worth reading.

EveSleep

My ambassador work with EveSleep involved providing expert comments as their resident Sleep Expert from 2019 to 2022. I worked across radio, press, and online as EveSleep developed its positioning as a sleep wellness brand. One of my favourite projects was during the lockdown, in March 2021, where we ran research on the bedtime habits of couples, and how they could improve their sleep. I was featured live on local and national radio discussing the key learnings from the research on World Sleep Day. My involvement also included summarising the results and contributing to the press releases. The radio highlights are under the radio section and an online link is below.

Another favourite was when I de-bunked the top sleep hacks from Tik-Tok which got wide exposure in the national and regional press across popular, midmarket, and broadsheets.

Intercontinental Hotel Group

During 2019, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) piloted a test using circadian lighting which can help to rebalance the body clock and is especially useful for those traveling long haul across time zones. I acted as their expert spokesperson for a Radio Day on World Sleep Day and helped to develop a press release for the initiative. The programme was developed in their Atlanta hotels with Lighting Science Group and involved specific lighting with a sleep-enhancing spectrum at night and a focus-enhancing spectrum during the day. The Radio Day was backed up with research around the initiative which I presented on live radio on World Sleep Day.  

Premier Inn

I worked with the team at Premier Inn to create a free downloadable audiobook to help customers relax and doze off. We developed a story that used softer language to help create a peaceful visualisation to help listeners drift to sleep. We were fortunate to have Sir Lenny Henry on board, and he voiced the perfect soothing tone and relaxing delivery for the audiobook. The programme was launched with a radio day with me as a brand ambassador/expert spokesperson.  

Mind Candy

My work with video game developer Mind Candy involved the launch of Moshi Twilight Sleep Stories which still runs today included in Moshi Kids a sleep and mindfulness/relaxation app for younger children. My work included a live radio day and developing a press release explaining the power of sleep for the developing brain and daily rejuvenation. We covered the way children dream the importance of imagination and more.
