One to one sleep coaching is available either online or in person in London. The process starts with a free online skype or phone consultation to see how I can help with your individual sleep problem or if not suggest where you can look for support.
For businesses looking for help with wellness and well-being I provide presentations on sleep and sleep tips. These can run during a morning or afternoon or during a lunch hour if a shorter time is needed. Presentations can also be tailored to a specific brief as required.
I am passionate about teaching children about the importance of sleep and offer school presentations free of charge. Most take place in assemblies, but can be in lesson time too, with separate talks available for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, teenagers and teachers alike.
