I offer a range of bespoke services from one to one sessions and individual sleep courses to corporate presentations.
For individuals I often start with a free ten minute sleep consultation. This can be either online via skype or over the phone. Having talked through the problem we can then find a bespoke solution. The following full session can be done either online, or in person at my practice in North London
One area of specialisation I offer is child sleep issues which can impact the whole family. Children of all ages respond well to the sort of intervention and support I provide.
I offer group courses too which are typically run in London. They are available on a quarterly basis. Please ask for information on these via our contact form
If you are a business looking for help with wellness and well-being I provide presentations on sleep and sleep tips. These can be run during a morning or afternoon or during in a lunch hour if a shorter time is needed.
With a passion for helping with children’s sleep problems I offer free presentations for schools . These are often for primary school children, mainly in assemblies, although are available for parents and teachers too. I often get asked to present to secondary schools too. Teenage sleep problems are now a big issue typically with regards to how it affects exam performance.
One to One sessions.
One to one sleep coaching is available either online or in person in London. The process starts with a free online skype or phone consultation to see how I can help with your individual sleep problem or if not suggest where you can look for support.
